The Phone app lets you easily send and receive phone calls from your smartphone.

This application aims at enabling voice calls features inside a Plasma Mobile environment. . It is based on Qt graphical libraries and relies on some KDE Frameworks. It depends on ModemManager in order to interface with the radio device, and on Callaudio to manage audio profiles during voice calls.
How to install Phone in Ubuntu
If you are on a supported distro, you can install the application through software center by clicking the below link.
If the above link not working, run the below command in terminal to install plasma-dialer in Ubuntu
sudo apt install plasma-dialer
