Chiaki is a Free and Open Source Client for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 Remote Play. It can be used to playin real time on a PlayStation as long as there is a network connection.
Chiaki is an unofficial, free and open source PlayStation Remote Play Client. While not an official Sony software, Chiaki doesn't require having a jailbroken console. . Everything necessary for a full streaming session, including the initial registration and wakeup of the console, is supported.
How to install Chiaki in Ubuntu

If the above link not working, run the below command in terminal to install chiaki in Ubuntu
sudo apt install chiaki
